Frequently Asked Questions
Not sure what your NATURAL MAGIC® product can do or how it works? Read below for answers to some of our commonly asked questions.
Q: I really like the smell of lavender. How can I order this scent?
A: Each of our retailers choose which scents to distribute and this can vary by geographic region. In order to receive the exact scent you want, you can make a special request to the store manager, or to receive your product quickly, order directly from our
Web site.
Q: Why is the scent of my NATURAL MAGIC® Odor Absorbing Gels strong when I first open it?
A: NATURAL MAGIC® Odor Absorbing Gels are “working products,” meaning that they are not designed to mask odors, but to remove odors. The scent appears strongest when first opened due to the initial burn off. Gradually, the gel will create a more consistent smell.
Q: Do you offer coupons?
A: No. Our philosophy is to always offer competitive pricing on all of our products, eliminating the need for special promotions.
Q: Do you have catalogues of your products?
A: Our catalogues are designed for our retail partners. However, all of our products can be viewed and purchased directly on our
Web site.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: The standard delivery time is 7-14 days.
Q: Where is the best retail location to find the largest scent selection of NATURAL MAGIC® products?
A: The retailers with a large selection of NATURAL MAGIC® products include Do It Best, ACE Hardware, TrueValue, QVC, Lowes and The Home Depot.
Q: What is the difference between the NATURAL MAGIC® Odor Air Magnet® and the NATURAL MAGIC® Odor Absorbing Gel?
A: Both products perform equally well, but each has unique product features to set them apart. Odor Air Magnet® contains OXI BEADS™ to strengthen odor elimination and Odor Absorbing Gels have an extensive scent selection to choose from.
Q: Can I use bleach with Bluette® Laundry Bluing?
A: No. By using a bleach product with Bluette®, the “bluing” color will be locked in.
Q: Is Bluette® Laundry Bluing still effective with a front-loading machine?
A: It depends. Typically, Bluette® is not recommended for front-loading washing machines unless your machine allows you to manually add the diluted formula during the filling process.
Q: When do I add Bluette® Laundry Bluing to my wash?
A: Bluette® should be added at the start of the filling cycle to be diluted before clothes are added.
Q: Do I use detergent with Bluette® Laundry Bluing?
A: Yes. Bluette® is a whitening additive and detergent still needs to be used so clothes are properly cleaned.
Q: I washed my cloths with the Bluette® and now they have a blue tint to them, how can I remove that?
A: Use “lemon concentrate” diluted in water and rewash to remove Blue shade. There is no magic formula for concentrate vs water but be aggressive with the lemon portion. DO NOT USE BLEACH; this will permanently set the Blue dye into the material.
